• Full-time/Permanent Employee • Location: Remote, United States (Travel: Willingness to travel to user locations within the US periodically) • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of assigned division • Establish budgets, objectives, and criteria for monitoring progress • Administer organization's policies through subordinate managers • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel • Explore new markets and offerings • Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving measures • Meet/exceed revenue and profit targets • Ensure comprehensive professional development for all assigned employees • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients • Ensure effective communication between teams, leadership, customers, and stakeholders • Execute all contract requirements • Perform other duties as required
• Eligible to obtain a Secret clearance (or contract required clearance level) • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 18+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with 16+ years of relevant experience • At least 8 years progressively responsible management positions • 8+ years of experience as a program manager • Working knowledge of program management practices, Risk Management Framework, MS Office products, agile management constructs, and change management principles • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving ability • Passion for transformative results • Courageous decision maker • Desire to learn and grow • Deep knowledge of DoD Program Management and/or Logistics Management (preferred) • PMP Certification (preferred) • DAWIA level III certifications (SPRDE, PM, LCL) (preferred) • Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer) (preferred)
