Description

• Spearhead the integration of AI technologies into daily operations, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and propel us towards the successful launch of our network. • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other Department Leads to devise and implement operational strategies that leverage AI to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact. • Drive the development and execution of business plans with a keen eye on AI-driven expansion and innovation within the autonomous economy landscape. • Optimize and innovate the company's operational processes, systems, and infrastructure by leveraging AI solutions to support sustained growth and competitive advantage. • Work in tandem with the Head of People to foster an AI-centric culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments. • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with AI technology providers, research institutions, and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of AI innovation and implementation. • Establish and track AI-driven key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and facilitate data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement. • Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the operations team, empowering them to embrace AI technologies and drive professional development in this rapidly evolving field. • Serve as a prominent advocate for our AI-driven project in public-facing engagements, including events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our pioneering advancements in the AI landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management-level roles within the tech industry. • A minimum of 2 years at any early-stage startup company, preferably in the AI or web3 spaces. • Proven track record of success in scaling operations and driving organizational growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong understanding of the blockchain, AI, and digital identity landscapes. • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
