Description

• Drive prospecting activities for accounts in key industry verticals • Build diverse sales pipeline with direct customers • Manage deals through presentations, demos, and POCs • Sell to large strategic accounts within the NYC metro region • Develop quotes, proposals, contracts, and price negotiations • Provide sales updates to executive management • Develop relationships with Value-Added Resellers • Analyze target prospects and prioritize approaches • Gather competitive intelligence and share insights with management • Establish sales strategy, objectives, and action plan • Adapt sales methods to customer and market conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity and information technology software sales • Several years of sales or business development experience • Track record of building pipeline and closing deals • Industry connections in Energy, Pharmaceutical, R&D/High Tech, Transportation, Communications, and Manufacturing • Experience selling cybersecurity software solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients • Conceptual understanding of technical security solutions and OT network environments • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, MS Office, and Web Conferencing • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills • Ability to qualify opportunities and communicate at both business and technical levels • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to establish sales strategy, execute goals, and address issues with urgency • Build relationships, collaborate, and adapt sales methods to various customer conditions • Strategic thinker, high energy, self-directed, enjoys complexity and nuance • Collaborative, transparent communication, optimistic, with analytical skills • Patience, perseverance, can-do attitude, commitment to high ethics
