Description
• Provide training and associated costs for Clerk support staff in MS Dynamics GP application • Training for associated applications (e.g., Smart Connect) • Required coordination with Clerk support team (Level 1 & Level 2) • Upgrade path: GP 2010 -> GP 2015 -> GP 2016 -> GP 18.5 • Installation on W2012 R2 server with SQL 2014 • Upgrade to GP 2013, then GP 2016, and finally to GP 2018 • Form and report upgrades required at each step • SQL compatibility level update to SQL 2017 • Test upgrade on new server before live upgrade • Weekend upgrade plan with office cooperation
Requirements
• Senior Microsoft dynamics Great Plains (GP) consultant • Experience upgrading from GP2010 to GP18.5 • Prefer experience leading or good understanding of the conversion steps • Good communication skills required • Some project management skills preferred • Current experience in two versions of Dynamics GP: Real Estate Tax Services Division (TSD) on GP2010, and Recordings Division • Goal to upgrade TSD to GP18.5 • Experience with Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2014 or 2017
