• Lead and oversee the entire IT project lifecycle, covering planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure • Act as the principal liaison for clients, comprehending their requirements and effectively communicating them to the technical team • Efficiently allocate resources to ensure smooth project execution • Supervise creation and upkeep of project documentation and plans • Foster clear communication among project teams and stakeholders • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or challenges in project progression • Monitor project performance and make necessary changes for continuous improvement • Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies • Cultivate a collaborative team environment • Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an IT environment • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills • Profound understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
