Description

• We help our partners create revolutionary fundraising strategies that advance their mission • Manage the JIRA queue by communicating timelines to the accounts team • Building and maintaining relationships with various technical and non-technical stakeholders • Tracking project stages and status of completion for leadership • Strategizing new ways to optimize the ticket queue and utilize JIRA

Requirements

• 3-7 years of project management experience • Experience with project tracking software such as JIRA • Strong attention to detail and ability to design processes • Initiative, good judgment, and curiosity for resolving issues • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Experience working with Excel or other data-processing software • Comfortability working closely with a team in a high volume environment
