Description

• Manage the implementation of SaaS products for customer engagements • Lead deployment of SaaS products for customers ensuring smooth integration • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedule • Monitor and manage project issues • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Serve as primary point of contact for QuartzBio customers • Possess deep understanding of SaaS products and technologies • Create and maintain detailed project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • Minimum of 8 years experience in engineering, project management, or product development • 3 years of experience in project management with SaaS or PaaS solutions • Proven experience managing technical projects • Experience with deployments in cloud-based environments • Experience with project management tools, Smartsheets preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to balance technical and business considerations • Experience working in life sciences industry • Experience working in a startup environment • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
