Description

• As a Marketing Campaigns Manager for K-12, responsible for achieving pipeline targets set for K-12 by designing and executing strategic campaigns and programs • Responsible for driving qualified leads to the Sales team through campaigns like emails, direct mail, webinars, advertising, and events • Partner with Portfolio Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies, identify top channels and messaging, and build programs from scratch • Develop and manage program timelines, analyze campaign results, and become an expert in K-12 market • Own end-to-end coordination/execution of demand gen campaigns, manage data, and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business • 10+ years experience in a similar campaign management or demand generation role • Highly organized with great project management skills • Expert Marketo experience required; certification required • Experience with marketing tools such as online meetings, ABM, and CRM required • Experience in K-12 education or EdTech highly desired • Self-starter, problem solver, ability to develop program management tools and best practices
