‱ Systematically utilize pre-call planning and questioning strategies to understand customer needs ‱ Coordinate with other Sales Executives to deliver an integrated and aligned sales approach ‱ Demonstrate a clear understanding of transactions and trends ‱ Travel extensively across the region to support scheduled customer meetings, trade shows, training workshops, and networking opportunities ‱ Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven track record of sales success in B2B capital equipment ‱ Strong mechanical and technical aptitude ‱ Proficient in CRM systems ‱ Experience in packaging machinery, capital equipment, or industrial solutions sales ‱ Engineering background or technical education is a strong advantage ‱ Highly detail-oriented and technically proficient ‱ Proven ability to operate effectively in multicultural and multinational business environments
