📋 Description

• Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners. • Provide responsive customer support by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive user experience. • Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures . Including Process changes, terminations and transfers between agencies. • Update customer information in our internal databases, on carrier platforms, and carrier partners . • Task and pend to ensure timely and accurate processing, follow up as needed. • Contribute or create a standard operation procedure for each process to be shared amongst your team for training and reference . • Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status. • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Pursue a program of personal and professional development. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) • Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred) • Experience with Agency Management Software Systems (preferred) • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and changing priorities • Excellent prioritization skills - sense of urgency • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Creative problem solver • Ability to accept, implement, and follow through with management decisions • Personal and emotional discipline exhibited constantly in the work environment • Ability to prioritize tasks and job function • Ability to complete job tasks and assignments in the required time frames • Ability to work with others • Evidence of positive attitude and enthusiasm for the success of the overall organization, the individual employees, and themselves.
