📋 Description

• Support in the operational processing of orders and applications related to leasing • Handling back-office processes and administrative tasks • Support in handling and resolving incidents • Work in contract management and documentation • Communication and coordination with leasing banks to carry out credit checks • Support in the further development and digitization of operational processes • Participation in automation projects and process optimizations • Support with other operational activities related to our employee benefits platform

🎯 Requirements

• First professional experience through internships, working-student roles or an initial permanent position is advantageous • Structured and detail-oriented working style • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills • Confident use of digital tools • Initiative and an interest in process optimization and digitization • Completed commercial training, a business degree or comparable qualification is an advantage • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
