📋 Description

• Independently manage and optimize operational processes in the leasing area • Process and ensure the quality of orders, contract documents, and operational activities • Coordinate and track operational incidents, developing sustainable solutions • Take responsibility for contract management and operational documentation • Work directly with leasing banks and external partners to perform and optimize credit checks • Identify, design, and implement automation and digitization initiatives • Analyze operational metrics and derive improvement measures • Support the build-out of scalable processes to enable further growth of become.1 • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the employee benefits platform

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • At least 2–5 years of professional experience in operations, back office, leasing, financial services, or process management • Experience in optimizing and digitizing operational processes • Strong analytical skills and a structured working style • High level of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and process management platforms • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with partners and customers • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
