📋 Description

• You plan, build and manage native advertising campaigns on Outbrain, Taboola and Mediago end-to-end. • You are responsible for bidding, budget allocation, publisher management and blacklisting. • You develop direct-response advertorials, landing pages and offer logic as well as systematic tests. • You run A/B tests at the creative, headline and landing page levels and develop scaling strategies. • You use the cross-channel attribution layer and make budget decisions based on ROAS and POAS. • You analyze performance data using CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS/POAS and conversion rates and derive actionable recommendations. • You provide data-driven feedback and brief Creative Strategy, Copywriting and Design. • You develop new angles and formats. • You test additional native platforms and support adjacent channels such as Aftersell, Criteo, third-party newsletters and Connexity. • You work closely with Creative Strategy, Copywriting and Design and, depending on your experience level, own channels or funnels.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including solid experience in native advertising (e.g., Outbrain and Taboola) • Built and managed campaigns directly in the platforms (not only via an agency) • Strong direct-response understanding for advertorials, landing pages, offer logic and funnel thinking • Analytical and structured mindset • Experience with bid strategies and efficient budget management • Creativity, resourcefulness and a strong interest in storytelling and copywriting • Strong communication skills, independent working style and team player • German at native level or near-native • Good English • Nice to have: Experience with tracking and attribution tools such as RedTrack, Voluum, GA4 or Admetrics • Nice to have: Experience with Criteo or upsell tools like Aftersell • Nice to have: Experience producing and optimizing advertorials • Nice to have: Background in e-commerce or D2C, ideally in beauty or health
