📋 Description

• Emergency support for corporate clients via phone, email, and online systems • Issuance, rebooking and cancellation of domestic and international airline tickets • Hotel reservations, car rentals and other travel services • Support in critical situations such as canceled flights, last-minute changes, missed connections, emergency re-accommodations, and VIP/executive service • Operate in accordance with clients' corporate travel policies • Negotiation with airlines, hotels, and suppliers • Complete recording of service interactions in internal systems • Ensure a high level of quality, speed, and problem resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in corporate travel and emergency support • Advanced knowledge of issuance and reissuance of domestic and international air tickets • Experience with GDS: Sabre and/or Amadeus • Advanced or fluent English for bilingual service • Availability for shift work, on-call duty, and alternative hours
