📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, first conversation, discovery, peer-benchmarked diagnostic, strategy deck, proposal, and close. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of premium consumer brands across DTC, omnichannel, wholesale-building, and emerging segments. • Lead calls with confidence on business model, product, customer, and marketing mix. • Bring a working point of view into every first meeting. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies. • Help build the tools, processes, and systems that will scale business development efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle business development success at a digital agency, consultancy, or martech company serving consumer brands. • A consistent track record of closing $1M+ in new business annually. • Fluent in paid search and social, programmatic, CRM, attribution, and measurement. • Self-starter with a true "hunter" mentality—driven, strategic, and results-oriented. • Exceptional presentation, writing, and listening. • Proficient with CRM systems
