âą Senior profile with 5 years of experience as an Account Manager âą Experience ideally within the Human Resources (HR) sector âą Excellent interpersonal skills for external client engagement with diverse stakeholders (C-level, operational and technical teams) âą Strong analytical and negotiation skills; able to translate client needs into profitable growth opportunities âą Results-oriented, comfortable working toward ambitious retention and expansion targets âą Strong team spirit, adaptability, and proactivity in a fast-changing environment
