• Maximize the value of the company’s product portfolio and the quality of deliverables • Set overall product development vision and goals • Define and oversee the execution, delivery, and marketing process • Strategic planning and management of the company’s product portfolio • Manage and coordinate Product Owners • Take direct ownership of the most strategic products • Define product development process in collaboration with Development and Consulting departments • Provide tools and templates for product development and management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head of Product Management of SAP Business One based products • Minimum 8 years’ experience as Product Manager of SAP Business One based products • Experience as SAP Business One consultant or developer is an advantage • Experience with production and WMS tools/processes is an advantage • Sound knowledge of product development processes • Ability to build processes and templates in a global company • Ability to tackle the challenge of product roadmap and customization requests • Ability to meet revenue goals • Fluent / Native English language skills • Additional languages are an advantage • Result-oriented, quality-driven, and customer satisfaction-driven • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong leadership • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team • Self-motivated and fast learner • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
