⢠5-7 years of experience in HR/People Operations in Germany, with deep knowledge of the German employment landscape ⢠A builder mentality- you are excited about creating structure where none exists and don't wait to be told what to do ⢠Curiosity about and experience with AI tools and automation in an HR context ⢠Fluent in German and English ⢠Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; bonus points if you have been part of an implementation or migration ⢠Strong understanding of German payroll, benefits and employment law frameworks
