GAM Medical DACH is an online medical clinic offering remote ADHS/ADHD diagnostics and follow-up treatment in the DACH region. They provide a structured telemedicine diagnostic pathway (psychological interviews, psychometric tests, differential-diagnostic reports) and post-diagnostic care including psychoeducation (individual and group), coaching, and medication management prescribed by psychiatrists. Services are primarily self-pay/privately insured, include a free online ADHD screening test, consumer-facing educational content (blog, FAQs) and patient support via video calls and chat.

• Recruiting & Onboarding: End-to-End – von Stellenausschreibung bis erfolgreichem Start • Team-Koordination (SPOC): Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere freiberuflichen Psycholog*innen • Quality & Standards: Mitarbeit an Leitlinien, SOPs, Templates und Best Practices • Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung: Projekte priorisieren, Initiativen umsetzen, Reportings steuern • Prozessoptimierung: Bottlenecks erkennen, Automationen bauen, Effizienz heben

🎯 Requirements

• Studium/Ausbildung in HR, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie • Berufserfahrung in Operations/HR/People Ops, idealerweise im Health-/E-Health-Umfeld • Struktur, Verbindlichkeit, starke Kommunikation – Du hältst den Laden zusammen • Digital fit (z. B. Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS, Projekt- und Automations-Tools) • Deutsch fließend in Wort & Schrift.
