📋 Description
• Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively • Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders • Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred) • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience • Background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies preferred • Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset • Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil
