📋 Description

• Create, review, negotiate, and process Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Work Orders (WOs), and Start Up Agreements (SUAs) in accordance with Clario contracting standards • Review and process Change Orders (COs) as required • Support the review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Stand-Alone Agreements (SAAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with guidance from senior team members • Track and manage contract-related escalations to Subject Matter Experts for terms outside approved standards or playbooks • Update, monitor, prioritize, and maintain assigned cases and contractual records within Salesforce • Enter and maintain key contractual terms, documents, and data with a high level of accuracy • Monitor the centralized contracts mailbox and ensure timely triage and follow-up of requests • Maintain organized electronic records for approvals, agreement versions, and executed agreements • Review, track, load, save, and communicate electronic signature activities in accordance with established processes • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, audits, training activities, and process improvement initiatives • Maintain compliance with Clario standard operating procedures, training requirements, and applicable business practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1 to 2 years + of commercial contracting, legal operations, contract administration, or related experience • Understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and document control practices • Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments is preferred • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience working with Salesforce or similar business systems is preferred • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a global team environment
