Description

• Design and execute scalable processes to update, maintain, and audit customer data in Salesforce • Improve and optimize Salesforce users' experiences • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams • Implement next phase of CRM evolution alongside Revenue Operations team

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience for a SaaS company • Proficient in creating Salesforce Flows, Alerts, automation, reports, and dashboards • Excel proficiency • Knowledge of APEX is a plus • Salesforce Developer or Architect experience is a plus • Excellent project management skills • Team player comfortable presenting to a group
