Description
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize product growth performance • Identify growth opportunities through analysis and experimentation • Build statistical models and advanced experimentation methods • Support data and modeling needs influencing company KPIs • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance data insights and experimentation strategy
Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL and modeling in R/Python • 3+ years industry experience and advanced degree in quantitative discipline • Deep knowledge of experiment design and causal inference • Ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable insights • Expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics modeling, and machine learning • Bonus points for system thinking, stakeholder management, and experience with growth marketing attribution systems
