• Support cross-functional teams by setting up Black Crow technology to best practice • Generate reporting updates on performance • Recognize performance trends to make optimization suggestions • Implement Black Crow technology on Klaviyo, Attentive, and other channel integrations • Provide standardized reporting updates to customer success and sales teams • Log client performance for internal dashboards and reporting • Provide solutions to common troubleshooting items • Recognize trends in platform reports and provide recommendations
• Degree in Marketing or related field • At least 1 year of experience at a SaaS company, DTC ecommerce brand, or Digital Marketing Agency preferred • Understanding of basic and/or conditional logic • Comfortable working with a ticketing system and prioritizing tasks • Understanding of key performance indicators in digital marketing • Understanding of digital marketing funnel and common tactics • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker a plus • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive a plus • High attention to detail • Critical thinking ability • Able to work EST hours
