Description

• Lead a team of 3-5 Blavity Business Development Managers to achieve annual and quarterly sales revenue goals across digital and experiential sales products • Facilitate key introductions and inbound leads distribution • Personally manage strategic accounts and develop new relationships • Prepare monthly sales reports and communicate clear reporting to senior management • Act as a leader throughout the sales cycle • Meet or exceed team revenue goals on quarterly basis • Strong focus on web, mobile, video, content, social media, and live events

Requirements

• B.A degree • 6+ years of experience in media business development • 3+ years of experience managing and coaching mid-level employees • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, and/or comparable project management suite • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical mind • Ability to work 50% in alignment with the Central Time Zone • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
