Description

• Expand the programmatic digital business of Blavity Media Group • Grow revenue with existing clients and identify new advertising prospects • Develop a deep understanding of available inventory and create opportunities for brands, agencies, trading desks, and DSPs • Independently manage programmatic deals with a strategic approach • Provide excellent customer service and proactive issue resolution • Evangelize Blavity's programmatic strategy internally and externally • Distill the value proposition of Blavity's audience data • Develop targeted programmatic sales collateral • Research and maintain knowledge of programmatic advertising landscape and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3-6 years of experience in Programmatic Ad Sales • Strong familiarity with programmatic auctions, bid dynamics, PMP deals, SSPs/DSPs, DMPs • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to analyze data sets and provide recommendations • Experience reviewing and improving ad package performance • Strong communication and customer relationship skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work remotely • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Availability to work at least 50% aligned with Pacific Time Zone
