Description
• Manages an extremely active calendar of appointments • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected • Serves as a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' role • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments • Keeps the CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities • Acts as a 'barometer' to stay updated on the issues in the environment • Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach • Drafts acknowledgement letters and personal correspondence
Requirements
• Studying for Bachelor's degree • Sound business judgment, including handling sensitive and highly confidential information • Ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances • Proven time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
