Description

• Design metrics and reporting to quantify Bluecore’s value to clients • Develop benchmarks and metrics for thought leadership reports • Translate needs from business and product stakeholders to analytics outputs • Utilize SQL and Python (in Hex) for data analyses • Enable Product and business teams in using data to support customers • Support scale-out of accurate single source of truth through rigorous metric design and analysis • Communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Clear and direct communication skills • Experience in retail analytics, ecommerce, or digital marketing • Experience in scoping and developing client-facing analytics products • 5+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence • Experience with dbt, GitHub, and data ops best practices • 3+ years experience with Jupyter Notebooks or Hex • 3+ years working in SQL with advanced functions • 2+ years of regular work in Python • Experience with dimensional data warehouse models
