• Be responsible for strategically developing and expanding Blueprintt’s client portfolio. • Drive contract consolidation and increase the value delivered by the company’s educational products. • Work in a consultative, data-driven manner to increase average deal size, retention, and revenue predictability. • Help strengthen relationships with corporate clients and evolve Blueprintt’s commercial model. • Lead consultative negotiations with companies that consume the company’s educational products.
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales. • Experience in account management and expansion (farming). • Experience with contracts, packages, or recurring revenue models. • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management. • Analytical capability to interpret commercial and financial data. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
