📋 Description

• Advise domestic and international clients on complex insolvency matters, debt restructuring and distressed asset acquisitions, both in pre-litigation and litigation contexts; • Provide strategic guidance in litigation and advisory matters involving bankruptcy proceedings, judicial reorganization and out-of-court restructurings; • Lead the development and implementation of legal and commercial strategies, conducting in-depth analyses of risks and impacts for clients; • Draft, review and validate legal memoranda, opinions and complex procedural documents; • Lead the drafting, review and monitoring of judicial and out-of-court reorganization plans, as well as related legal instruments; • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, judicial administrators, financial advisors and other stakeholders involved in transactions and proceedings.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed) with active OAB registration — graduates from 2013 to 2016; • Fluent English; • Experience in Restructuring and Insolvency at a law firm.
