📋 Description

• Manage purchase orders and supplier communications with minimal oversight. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize value for Boldr. • Track, analyze, and report on purchasing trends to identify savings opportunities. • Monitor supplier performance and collaborate on issue resolution. • Partner with design, production, sales, and operations teams to forecast needs. • Ensure compliance with procurement processes and maintain accurate ERP records. • Support vendor selection and evaluation, contributing to long-term partnerships. • Recommend and implement improvements in purchasing and inventory workflows. • Prepare spend analysis and supplier reports for leadership review.

🎯 Requirements

• Curious, authentic, and driven to build meaningful partnerships. • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong analytical skills. • Confident negotiating and advocating for the company’s best interests. • Available to work US business hours, with flexibility based on operational needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. • 2–4 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Advanced Excel and ERP/procurement system experience. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Analytical mindset, able to evaluate costs and supplier performance. • Industry experience in furniture, manufacturing, or home goods is a plus.
