• As a Business Development Representative at BoostDraft, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our client base by identifying and qualifying new leads within the legal sector. • Proactively prospecting and qualifying leads through various outbound approaches such as calls, emails, and other sales channels • Cultivating a deep understanding of BoostDraft’s product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition to prospective clients • Collaborating closely with our sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the sales process • Providing regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team • Conducting thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, specifically within the software products domain. • Demonstrated track record of success in sales roles, particularly with mid to large enterprise companies. • Possession of a "hunter mindset" with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Existing connections within legal departments or relevant networks within the legal sector • Proven success in selling legal technology solutions to corporate legal departments and/or law firms • Prior experience working in startup environments and familiarity with taking on Go-to-Market roles
