📋 Description

• Provide written customer advice to prospective customers and students, primarily via email and chat • Provide pre-sales advice to help customers choose the right course package • Provide post-sales support with questions about the learning platform, exam registration, and arranging practical lessons • Work closely with the Marketing team and management • Share customer feedback to help improve the platform • Provide telephone support for complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of German spelling and grammar • Enjoy helping people and demonstrate patience and a solution-oriented approach when volumes are high • Organize your work independently in a home-office environment • Confidently use web browsers and quickly learn new tools • Experience in customer support or a boating license is a plus, but not required • No watersports experience or driver's license required
