• Respond to end-user IT issues through various channels • Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software • Monitor and handle Jira Service Desk tickets • Analyze and repair computer hardware and software problems • Provide technical guidance and training to end-users • Manage deployment, support, and maintenance of IT systems • Assist in testing and selection of future technologies and devices • Act as a point person for IT Service Desk team members • Develop and maintain documentation of systems, services, and processes • Train team members and ensure knowledge is up-to-date • Work with Network Security Analysts to ensure system security and integrity
• 3+ years of experience in IT support • Knowledge of SharePoint & OneDrive administration • Preferred certifications: CompTIA's A+ Certification, CompTIA's Security + Certification, ITIL4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Microsoft MCSA
• Remote Position • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of Office 365, Windows, and Mac operating systems • Experience with Jira Service Management • Outstanding customer service skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
