Description

• Maintain tax trial balances by creating and reviewing adjusting journal entries • Confirm accuracy of K-1/K-3 Allocation workpapers • Review K-1s/K-3s and ensure correct reporting • Assist with forms 1042 and 1042S • Manage tax compliance process for partnership and corporate returns • Coordinate responses to limited partners' questions • Update weekly fund projection files • Prepare year-end tax estimate letters • Manage State Tax Notices • Estimate and pay tax liabilities • Collaborate with operating groups on internal processes

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or combination • BS in Accounting required • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Detailed oriented and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
