• Lead business growth activity across Poland while supporting expansion into key Eastern European markets • Develop and deliver business development plans across Poland and selected Eastern European markets • Generate new revenue opportunities across the BREEAM portfolio and wider BRE services • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and industry influencers • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach • Represent BRE at industry events, conferences and networking forums • Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing and product teams to support growth objectives • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and revenue forecasting • Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support BRE's long-term European growth strategy • Act as a trusted link between local market requirements and BRE's international teams
• Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken • Experience living and working in Poland • Proven B2B business development or consultative sales experience within construction, real estate, sustainability, certification, compliance or related sectors • A strong understanding of the Polish and wider Eastern European built environment market • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers • A track record of developing sales pipelines, managing opportunities and forecasting
