📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximize opportunities and ensure alignment on mutual goals. • Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures, acting as a trusted advisor to brokers. • Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions, showcasing our value proposition and expanding our network. • Achieve settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service. • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Partner with internal teams to streamline processes, improve the broker experience, and deliver on client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated background in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the broker industry. • Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures. • A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build and nurture meaningful partnerships. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in group presentations. • Collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver outcomes. • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • A current non-restrictive Australian Driver’s License is required.
