• Masters Degree plus 5 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in life sciences or scientific products • Preferred Fields of Study: Molecular Biology and Biotechnology • Technical and scientific knowledge to engage in consultative customer discussions • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing market share • Relationship building and negotiation skills at all organizational levels • Strong presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal • Analytical capabilities and business acumen • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and influence through partnership • Strategic planning and execution skills to develop and implement account growth plans • Travel required to visit customer sites and attend industry events • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial • Initiative and ability to work independently • Hands on experience with scientific workflows and laboratory operations preferred.
