Description

• Serve as the product lead for BGS and its customers • Lead a team of business analysts and partner with the Brightcove Product organization • Design and define custom solutions based on customer needs • Oversee and ensure the quality of BA deliverables • Partner directly with Global Services Technical Leads on custom solutions • Participate in pre-sales activities and consult with customers • Apply product management best practices and identify areas for process improvement • Collaborate with different teams across the organization to meet client needs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Sr. Technical Business Analyst • 2+ years of Product and/or Business Analyst people management experience • Experience in a professional services environment • Strong technical fluency and experience with video streaming technologies • Proficiency in agile project management best practices and tools • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
