📋 Description

• Conduct demo calls • Actively listen to and understand the needs of customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors, and derive suitable solutions • Independently manage support tickets • Find fast, customer-focused solutions • Work closely with the Onboarding and Automation teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Continuously improve our solutions • Independently create content such as blog posts, templates, and help pages • Support the implementation of our AI and content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting or a strong understanding of tax-related processes • Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in a SaaS environment • Strong ability to identify and understand customer needs • Ability to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Proficiency with Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems
