📋 Description

• Guide new dental practices through onboarding until Sonia is fully integrated into their day-to-day operations • Proactively support and contact practices instead of waiting for support tickets • Conduct onboarding sessions, check-ins, and reactivation of inactive accounts by phone and via Demodesk • Support practices until they are making full use of the product’s potential • Independently handle technical questions, including investigating, researching, and testing solutions • Manage challenging situations and guide escalations through to resolution • Resolve more complex issues cross-functionally with the Product and Tech teams • Analyze customer feedback and communicate it in a structured manner • Keep customer data and processes in HubSpot accurate and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy communicating with customers; picking up the phone is second nature to you • Intrinsically motivated • A hands-on mindset: “I’ll try it out and do the research” • Technical aptitude and a willingness to understand the product and system logic • Experience in Customer Success, ideally in a SaaS environment; support experience is also welcome • Interest in or understanding of the medical or dental field, or experience working with another demanding niche customer segment • Fluent in German and proficient in English • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Experience with HubSpot, Stripe, or Demodesk is a plus, but not required • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
