Description

• Ensure the development teams are aligned with the product roadmap, and business priorities, and are delivering value with each iteration. • Work with product designers and technical leads to translate business and customer requirements into detailed software implementation backlogs. • Drive the planning and execution of new product development and product enhancements. • Distill and organize market feedback directly from customers and from business development channels to input into roadmap planning activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in a leadership role, overseeing the development of major features from ideation to delivery. • Ability to communicate complex technical details coherently to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working in full-stack development contexts and are familiar with developing and delivering user-facing, cloud-based solutions. • Demonstrated ability to create impact and be influential without direct authority. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make high-quality, pragmatic decisions to keep things moving forward. • Nice to have: Experience working with robots, manipulators, and vision systems; Exposure to the manufacturing process and mechanical products; Experience working in an agile software development environment. • Extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and technologies. • Strong understanding of robotics and automation systems. • Proven track record in software management and development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development strategies. • Experience in managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer support. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products. • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
