📋 Description

• Develop and execute the PR & Partnership strategy for the DACH market • Collaborate with the Country Manager DACH and global PR & Partnership team • Lead and develop the DACH PR & Partnership team by setting priorities and goals, delegating responsibilities, and providing feedback and coaching • Identify and lead high-impact partnerships, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, UGC activities, events and brand activations • Work hands-on with the team to hit monthly targets • Build and maintain long-term relationships with press, influencers, creators, makeup artists, entertainers and other relevant partners • Own CAIA’s DACH awards strategy, including identifying opportunities and securing nominations and wins • Manage complex projects from idea to execution, on time, within budget and with measurable impact • Own and report on the DACH PR & Partnership budget, focusing on commercial impact and ROI • Monitor trends and market developments and share local insights for CAIA’s global PR & Partnership strategy • Collaborate with Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Performance Marketing and Commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of senior experience in PR, partnerships or influencer marketing within the DACH market • Experience leading and developing a team • Professional proficiency in German • Fluency in written and spoken English • Well-established network within the DACH press, influencer, beauty or lifestyle landscape • Strong strategic and commercial mindset • Ability to translate market insights into measurable business results • Excellent project management, negotiation and budget/contract experience • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the DACH region • Previous experience within the beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods industry is a plus • Experience working in an international, fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization is a plus • Strong understanding of social media, creator-led marketing and the evolving DACH media landscape is a plus
