📋 Description

• Serve as a Performance Analyst in the Value vertical, within the Revenue team, reporting to the vertical’s RevLead • Build and maintain analytical views, dashboards, and commercial performance, revenue, target, and results metrics • Ensure consistent definitions and reliable information • Analyze the customer journey from prospecting through contracting and customer-base expansion • Identify bottlenecks, losses, and conversion opportunities • Conduct root-cause analyses of variances between targets and actual results • Support the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models • Monitor the pipeline, scenarios, and risks to target attainment • Support action plans and initiatives, measuring their impact after implementation • Prepare performance readouts for syncs, business reviews, and committees • Turn analyses into clear materials with a key message and explicit recommendation • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product • Translate business questions into analyses and actionable answers • Use AI tools to accelerate data exploration, query development, and content creation • Automate and document reports, analyses, and definitions while keeping the knowledge base organized and reusable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field • Previous experience in Planning & Performance, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Growth, or Strategy • Proficiency in SQL and experience extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets • Experience with data and BI tools such as Databricks, Metabase, Power BI, or similar platforms • Experience building dashboards, metrics, and funnel or customer-journey analyses • Frequent use of generative AI tools for data analysis and deliverable creation • Experience working with CRM data and commercial-funnel logic in data- and results-driven environments • Preferred: experience with complex B2B sales or enterprise accounts • Preferred: experience in technology companies or fintechs • Preferred: experience building AI-powered workflows or automations, agents, MCP integrations, APIs, or similar solutions
