📋 Description

• Responsible for promoting and selling maintenance contracts for company products or services • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and close sales agreements • Identify potential customers and generate leads for sales • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell contracts and renewals • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts • Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments • Coordinate with customer service and technical support teams • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events • Strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Success in sales, preferably in maintenance contracts or related services • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects • Ability to articulate the value proposition of MCA services to potential clients both verbally and in writing • Ability to tailor service offerings to meet client needs • Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel as needed
