• Gain a deep understanding of our B2B and B2C customers' needs, particularly how they interact with our physical and digital security solutions. • Utilize user research and data analytics to define clear, actionable design problems and opportunities. • Develop comprehensive design strategies that address both long-term goals and immediate user needs, ensuring a seamless integration across all digital platforms and our physical product. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to execute a product roadmap that enhances user satisfaction and business value. • Innovate and maintain a high standard of design quality, pushing for excellence in visual and interaction design that enhances user experience. • Update and refine our design system to maintain consistency and incorporate new features, ensuring that our interfaces remain modern and intuitive. • Experienced in designing digital products with a focus on user needs and a rigorous service design methodology, especially as they relate to physical hardware. • Proficient in balancing high-level UX strategy with detailed, hands-on design execution. • Adept at creating holistic user experiences that span multiple platforms and touchpoints. • Proactive and collaborative, mentoring juniors. A strong ability to communicate your design process and decisions to a diverse team. • Resilient and autonomous, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about refining your work to perfection, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs. • Skilled in UI, UX, and visual design, and comfortable thinking in systems to extend and enhance shared design patterns and behaviors. • Bonus: Experience in AI and designing for AI-driven products, with an understanding of how artificial intelligence can impact user experience and design decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Relevant design certifications or coursework are a plus. • 7+ years experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar design role preferred. • Experience working with design systems, designing digital products and shipping impactful products at scale • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs. • Strong experience in design tools such as Figma. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • Passion for staying updated on industry trends, design advancements, and emerging technologies.
