Description

• Communicate directly with customers to resolve high-touch cases • Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience • Provide clear communication to customers • Create educational materials for customers • Implement key processes for Customer Operations • Define requirements for internal tooling • Drive issue resolution with partners • Escalate support issues with external dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 3+ years of B2B support experience • Proven track record of providing support to mid-market and enterprise customers • Strong command of support ticketing systems and CRM tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-obsessed mindset • Excellent organizational skills • Experience with business systems and tools is a plus • Prior experience in premium or enterprise support team is a plus
