📋 Description

• Ensure Commission Calculation and Reporting applications operate efficiently. • Plan production data loads and verify completion timeliness and accuracy. • Handle production incidents by leading impact and resolution analysis with various teams. • Support root cause documentation and implement lessons learned. • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points and provide solution recommendations. • Support application deployment activities and troubleshoot environmental issues. • Recommend enhancements to existing processes to increase efficiency. • Build, test, and maintain calculation logic, formulas, workflows, and plan components within the Varicent ICM platform. • Translate yearly sales incentive compensation plans into functional technical requirements and implement them within the system. • Design, develop, and maintain customized dashboards and reports for sales representatives, managers, and executive leadership. • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, plan compliance, and alignment with internal financial controls, including SOX compliance. • Bridge sales strategy and technical execution to ensure commissions, bonuses, and performance metrics are calculated accurately, audit-ready, and delivered on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application development, operations support, or a similar role. • Experience with Mainframe programs. • Experience working with any type of ICM (Varicent or SSIS). • Experience independently managing multiple concurrent assignments. • Detail oriented, quick learner, self-starter. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to articulate technical issues, root cause, and remediation plans in layman’s terms. • Experience working with SSIS and/or SSRS. • Eager to learn. • Experience working with Varicent is nice to have.
