• Develop and convert a pipeline through high-volume outbound calling • Source classic and prestige vehicles eligible for auction (Jaguar E-Type, Mercedes Pagoda, Porsche 911, Land Rover Series, Aston Martin, etc.) • Guide sellers on valuation, price positioning and reserve price strategy • Provide a premium consultative approach and manage expectations transparently • Actively contribute to the category's growth in France (clubs, specialists, dealers, events) • Influence sell-through rate by connecting the right buyers with the right vehicles • Maintain impeccable CRM (HubSpot) records: activities, next steps, and rigorous follow-up • Surface market insights to Sales, Marketing and Product teams
• Excellent high-volume telephone prospecting skills • Strong sales technique mastery: discovery, objection handling, consultative selling • Strong knowledge of the classic car market (valuations, rarity, provenance/history, matching numbers, restoration, etc.) • Pipeline and CRM discipline • Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility • Strong results orientation and resilience • Desire to contribute to the development of a fast-growing category • Team player with cross-functional collaboration (photography, valuation, marketing) • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) • Experience selling classic or prestige vehicles (preferred) • Experience in consignment sales (preferred) • Good understanding of auction formats and reserve pricing (preferred) • Active network within car clubs or automotive communities (preferred)
