Description

• Oversee a team of 11 to drive growth and retention functions • Responsible for media budget allocation and scaling existing channels • Work on building national awareness of the Caraway brand and increasing sales • Partner across multiple teams to develop a world-class creative engine • Analyze marketing impact on the business and drive double-digit growth • Lead GTM, campaign execution, and business-wide events • Develop a creative engine to feed all growth and retention touch points

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles • Experience in leading growth and retention functions at a consumer business • Deep expertise in multiple acquisition channels and leveraging retention channels • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Proven track record of driving top-line growth and positive EBIDTA • Ability to develop and mentor team members
